The role

BitConnect is offering you the role of Java Software Developer. As a Java Software Developer you are part of a Technology Department with more than 300 teams of four to six people each. It operates on a scrum-based agile development methodology, is data-driven and does extensive A/B testing on both user and partner facing platforms. Multiple times per day code is deployed on tens of thousands of servers across multiple data centres around the world, with freedom of end-to-end access, and authority to make meaningful and measurable improvements empowering the user experience.

You’re going to develop next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems, plan for reliability by designing systems to work across multinational data centers, solve issues with the site and internal systems, prioritizing based on customer impact, act as an intermediary for problems, with both technical and non-technical audiences. The technical environment consists of Spring, DropWizard, JEE, Perl, Go, Python, Scala, C+, SOA Architecture, My SQL and PostgreSQL

 

Asking:

• Minimum of 4 years experience with J2EE/JEE

• Framework experience with for instance Spring and/or Hibernate

• JVM internals is a nice plus
